MyShiftMaster is a multi-tenant workforce-management platform in development at STN Technologies, built for businesses that run on hourly and shift-based staff — retail, hospitality, and healthcare. Managers build schedules that respect each employee's availability, staff view and swap shifts and clock in and out from their phones, and the system detects conflicts and keeps everyone notified. MyShiftMaster handles scheduling and time tracking end to end; it doesn't process payroll — timesheet data exports cleanly to whatever payroll system a business already uses.
